POTATO - SHAVED HAM CASSEROLE 
Approx. 2/3 lb. shaved ham
6 potatoes, peeled & sliced
1/2 to 1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. (or more) mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 soup can milk

Boil potatoes until tender; drain. Dilute soup with approximately 1/2 can of milk. In casserole dish, layer potatoes, onion, ham (tear with hands to smaller pieces), soup and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake covered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes after removing from oven.
