HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. baked ham, chopped 6 med. potatoes, sliced thin 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Layer potatoes, ham and onions in dish alternating until ingredients are used. Mix together mushrooms soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover, bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender. |
