HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. baked ham, chopped
6 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Layer potatoes, ham and onions in dish alternating until ingredients are used. Mix together mushrooms soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover, bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender.

I used 1 cup of 2% milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. I mixed parsley flakes and italian seasoning with the soup and milk. When casserole was cooked I put shredded cheese on top and melted it....it was great!!
