LAMB CHOPS WITH SOUR CREAM 
6 loin lamb chops cut 1 inch thick
6 tbsp. sour cream
6 slices American cheese
6 slices Bermuda onions
Salt and pepper

Trim excess fat from chops, roll tail of chops and fasten with toothpick. Place chops in shallow pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put a slice of onion, a slice of cheese and 1 tablespoon sour cream on each chop. Bake at 350 degrees.
