HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 slices smoked ham (1/2 inch thick)
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 qts. sliced potatoes (8 med.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut ham into bite size pieces. Combine soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. In a greased 3 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, onion with sour cream mixture and ham. Top with shredded cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
