PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow or white) 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. milk 5 eggs Beat cake mix, oil, water and milk. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each one. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan. Cool thoroughly. FROSTING: Prepare 1 package pistachio instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Fold in 1 small container of Cool Whip or 1/2 pint heavy cream (whipped). Very good! |
