CAROL'S LAYERED JELLO SALAD | |
Dissolve in 2 cups boiling water: 1 small lemon Jello and 1 small lime Jello. Add 8 ice cubes. Add 1 large can crushed pineapple (reserve juice). Chill. Prepare 1 package Dream Whip. Add 8 ounce package cream cheese. Whip. Spread on above. Heat until thick, then cool: 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. pineapple juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 beaten eggs Spread on other layers. Chill. Top with cheese, coconut, nuts, etc. Prepare in 9 x 13 inch pan. |
