MEATZA PIE | |
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. tomato sauce 1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushroom 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Mix evaporated milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt and salt in large bowl. Add beef and mix well; pat into 9 inch pie plate. Spread tomato sauce over meat. Drain mushrooms; sprinkle mushrooms and onion over meat. Sprinkle Cheddar, oregano and Parmesan over mushrooms. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 25 minutes in 375 degree oven and let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6. |
