NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE | |
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 pint heavy cream 2 pkgs. lady fingers canned topping (cherry, strawberry, blueberry or pineapple) Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip heavy cream in separate bowl. Fold heavy cream into cream cheese mixture. Line sides and bottom of springform pan with lady fingers (1 pkg. for sides, 1/2 pkg. for bottom, 1/2 pkg. reserved for middle layer). Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan, layer with remaining lady fingers, pour in rest of mixture. Pour your choice of canned topping on top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
