BEEF TOMATO MACARONI MEDLEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter or bacon drippings
1 c. water or leftover vegetable liquid
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
8 oz. macaroni, cooked
Salt & pepper to suit taste

Heat the meat slowly in the butter or bacon drippings in a heavy skillet, stirring frequently, until the meat is grey in color throughout. Add water, cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Then add tomatoes and drained cooked macaroni. Season to suit taste, and continue cooking at simmering temperature 15 to 20 minutes longer or until liquid is reduced to consistency of gravy. About 5 servings.
