CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat - lump or backfin
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Mix in bowl. Make into cakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until nicely browned.
