1 (16 oz.) jar Planters dry roasted peanuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. Reeses peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 tbsp. butter

Pour 1/2 jar peanuts in a 9"x13" pan. Melt peanut butter chips and 3 tablespoons butter. Pour in condensed milk. Mix in the miniature marshmallows. Pour mixture over the peanuts. Then put the rest of the nuts on top and press down firmly.
