CARAMEL PECAN LOGS 
Make 1 recipe of caramel.

First butter a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of coarse chopped pecans in the bottom of cake pan.

Pour caramel over pecans and let sit until lukewarm. Cut caramel in half the long way. Lay large marshmallows down center of each strip and roll caramel over marshmallows to make a log. Wrap log in wax paper and cut in pieces as needed. Delicious.
