CHEESE STUFFED BURGER LOGS 
1 egg
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
6 strips cheddar cheese (4x1/4")
6 slices bacon

In large bowl beat egg. Blend in onion, salt, Worcestershire, beef and bread crumbs. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Divide into 6 parts and shape around a strip of cheddar cheese forming a roll. Wrap each in bacon and lay on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 475 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
