CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS 
6-8 chicken livers
5 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter

Cook onions in butter until clear, but do not brown. Add chicken livers; cook until tender. Remove meat and chop finely or grate. Add grated hard boiled eggs and butter and onion mixture. Stir in mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill.

This may be used as a salad with lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber. Or spread on crackers as an appetizer.
