CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVER & AVOCADOS 
1 lb. chicken livers
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lg. ripe avocado
1 hard cooked egg
1/2 tsp. onion juice
Pinches salt, MSG & ground chili
Sesame crackers

Saute chicken livers in olive oil until cooked. Cool livers and chop into them avocado and egg. Add onion juice and pinches. Serve on crackers.
