J.'S MEXICAN RELISH (SALSA) 
4 c. canned tomatoes, cut coarsely
1 1/2 c. sweet bell peppers
1 c. onion
1/2 c. hot jalapeno peppers, soak peppers in water for 20 min., chop & remove seeds
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

Bring the above ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour.
