MEMAW'S MEXICAN SALSA | |
28 oz. can whole tomatoes 1 c. chopped onion 2-4 chopped chili's 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. coriander Chop tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in 3 quart sauce pan. Cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until it thickens. Cool; pour in quart jar and keep in ice box. |
