2 lg. pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter, and place in a 3 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs with the melted butter and put on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees or 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
