SPINACH, BACON, MUSHROOM SALAD | |
6 tbsp. oil 3 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 lg. clove garlic, crushed 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Add 1 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Clean and tear 2 pounds fresh spinach into small pieces. Toss with other ingredients. Fry, crisp and crumble 6 slices of bacon. Mince 1/4 cup chives or parsley. Add on top of salad just before serving. |
