MARINATED POTATO AND MUSHROOM
SALAD
 
1 1/2 lbs. sm. new potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. Wyler's chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine potatoes, mushrooms, celery and onions. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over potato mixture. Cover; chill 3-4 hours to blend flavors. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 servings.
