BROCCOLI, MUSHROOM, RAISIN SALAD 
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. whole egg
1 lg. egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter (cut into bits)

Bring mustard, vinegar and salt to a boil. Add egg, egg yolk, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Add mayonnaise and butter. Let cool in refrigerator.

4 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. sliced mushrooms
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped red onion

Gently toss ingredients. Pour dressing over salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand before serving.
