BROCCOLI MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 bunch of broccoli cut into pieces
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. sugar or honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion powder
1 c. salad oil

Assemble vegetables together. Chill well all day or overnight. Mix dressing ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Dressing will only keep 1 or 2 days. Toss vegetables and dressing together and serve.
