SEASONED BROCCOLI WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. broccoli, cut in florets, stem sliced
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves

Combine vegetables and seasonings in pan. Add 1/4 cup water. Cook until tender. 8 servings.
