CHICKEN AND STRING BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen string beans
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Butter a 9x13 pan; put 2/3 of dry dressing in pan. Spread partially cooked beans over dressing, then add mushrooms, then chicken chunks. Mix milk with soup and pour over beans, chicken and mushrooms.

Mix 1 cup stuffing with 1/2 cup hot water and 4 tablespoons butter. Spread over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
