POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and flavoring and beat well. Add potato chips and butterscotch bits. Sift flour and stir into creamed mixture. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
