CHIP MERINGUE CRUST 
2 c. finely crushed potato chips
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Combine chips, baking powder, and nuts. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add vanilla and 1 tablespoon sugar to egg whites, beat until stiff. Add remaining sugar by tablespoons, beating well after each addition. Carefully fold in potato chip mixture.

Spread evenly over side and bottom of greased 9 inch pan about 1/2 inch higher than pan rim. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is lightly browned. Fill with pudding mix of your choice.
