KARSYN'S EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE | |
CRUST: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. sugar Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press into 9-inch springform pan. FILLING: 3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chocolate chips Soften cream cheese in microwave on medium for 3 minutes. Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over crust. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250°F and bake for another 30 minutes. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
