POTATO CHIP COOKIES #2 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. flour
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped pecans (if desired)

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, soda, oatmeal and potato chips. Add pecans if desired. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.

Flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
