BURLS POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. shortening (can use butter flavor Crisco)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. lightly crushed potato chips
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream the sugar and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour, salt, and soda. Stir until well mixed. Add chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
