SCALLOPED TUNA AND POTATO CHIPS 
2 tbsp. grated onion
3 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. med. white sauce with 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked (or leftover chicken)

May substitute with 1 can condensed mushroom soup.

Add onion and parsley to white sauce; mix well. Grease and flour a casserole dish, place layer of chips, onion and white sauce; repeat, ending with top layer of chips. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
