POTATO CHIP COOKIES #1 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. finely crushed potato chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. sugar for dipping

Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolk, vanilla, flour, potato chips and pecans. Form in 1 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Grease bottom of glass lightly with butter and dip in sugar. Flatten cookies and place pecan half on each if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
