POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. potato chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Blend in flour, potato chips, and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not grease cookie sheet. While cookies are still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Use only butter not butter. Use regular potato chips not light. Crush potato chips on paper toweling.
