BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 rib of celery, chopped
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 to 4 drops of Tabasco sauce
Bread crumbs

In large skillet, saute onions and celery in butter until clear. Cook broccoli according to package. Drain, mix broccoli with soup and cheese. Add celery and onion. Stir in cooked rice. Season and mix well.

Put into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
