PORK AND BEAN BREAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. raisins
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Pour boiling water over raisins; set aside. Beat together eggs, oil, sugar; add pork and beans and beat well to break up beans. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; stir in vanilla and nuts. Drain raisins and add to batter. Mix well and pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 40-50 minutes until done. cool; remove from pans.
