PORK-N-BEANS BREAD 
1 c. raisins
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can pork-n-beans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. boiling water
1 c. oil
3 c. flour

Mix raisins with boiling water; stir and set aside. Beat eggs, oil, sugar and pork-n-beans until beans are broken. Add flour and remaining dry ingredients to bean mixture. Fold in raisin mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into well greased and lightly floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes two 9x5 inch loaf pans and one smaller one.
