FRESH PEAR CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 scant c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sliced pear
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat sugar and eggs. Add oil, flour and rest of ingredients, except pears, 1 cup at a time. Add pears. Bake in Bundt or tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
