4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 c. butter/oleo
2 tbsp. vanilla
5 c. oatmeal

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter/oleo and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add oatmeal and mix well. Drop on waxed paper (slightly buttered). Store in cool place.
