UNBAKED CARAMEL COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk (6 oz.)
1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding (4 oz.)
3 1/2 c. Quick oats

Combine butter, sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats. Mix well. Cool 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
