UNBAKED CARAMEL COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Bring sugar, butter and milk to a rolling boil, remove from heat and add 1 package instant butterscotch pudding. Mix and add 3 1/2 cups quick cook rolled oats. Mix and cook 15 minutes and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
