FRIED RICE 
1 c. cooked meat - chicken, pork OR shrimp
4 c. cooked rice
2 green onions, minced
2 eggs, scrambled & sliced
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1 oz. pkg. frozen peas
Salt, to taste

Stir fry the onions in oil. Add bean sprouts and stir fry until half done, still crunchy. Add meat, rice and soy sauce and mix together. Add peas and eggs.
