4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin puree
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. mace
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Butter a 10" angel food cake pan.

In a medium bowl beat eggs until light, beat in oil and pumpkin puree. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, one third at a time, blending well after each addition.
