HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (not drained
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dump all ingredients into a large bowl. Blend and pour into a buttered 9x12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool completely, then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Cream the cream cheese with butter. Add vanilla, slowly beat in powdered sugar.
