HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. milk
1 yellow cake mix (pudding type moist cake)
3 eggs
Cooking oil

Per cake mix directions.

1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. box instant Jello vanilla pudding mix
1 bag coconut (small bag or large can), sweetened or not
1 jar maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)
1 c. chopped nuts (can use peanuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.)

Drain juice from pineapple by pressing in large sieve over bowl. Substitute juice for water in cake mix directions, bake yellow cake in oblong pan, following recipe on box for moist cake using eggs and cooking oil. Cool when done.

Beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add pudding mix and milk, beat until smooth. Spread crushed pineapple on top of cooled cake, then spread cream cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle with coconut.

If desired, sprinkle maraschino cherries and chopped nuts on with coconut. Nuts can also be put in cake mix when baking.
