BAKED HASH BROWNS 
1/4 c. butter, melted
36 oz. frozen hash browns
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. whipping cream, don't whip
Seasoned salt
Chives (optional)

Put melted butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add the potatoes; sprinkle on cheese and pour cream over top and seasoning. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees; turn heat down if it gets too brown.
