CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
Lawry seasoned salt

Grease a 9 x 11 pan. Pour in hash browns. Sprinkle with Lawry salt. Pour whipping cream over potatoes. Melt butter and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
