SMOKED SAUSAGE AND SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown or white sugar
Red pepper to taste
1 lb. smoked sausage

Cut smoked sausage into bite size pieces and brown in frying pan. Drain sausage and place in casserole dish.

In medium pot, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Stir and bring to slow boil. Pour mixture over sausages and serve hot.
