CHEESY HASH BROWN BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, defrost
2 sticks butter
1 pt. half & half
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Put hash brown potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and minced onions. Melt 2 sticks butter. Add 1 pint half and half, 2/3 pound Velveeta, 2 cups Cheddar cheese; heat until melted. Pour over hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
