2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix potatoes with 1 cup sugar, egg, coconut, vanilla, salt and milk. Bake in greased casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix the rest of ingredients together and boil for 2 minutes or until clear. Pour over casserole and serve warm.
