MAMA'S CRAB QUICHE 
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, diced
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (2 c.)
7 1/2 oz. can crab, drained & flaked
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

In a medium bowl combine eggs and mayonnaise. Blend in flour and milk. Stir in onion, cheese and crab. Bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Spread filling into partially baked crust. Continue baking at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 8.
