CRAB QUICHE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Sprinkle Swiss cheese into pie shell. Beat eggs. Mix with milk and seasoning. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle crab meat over pie. Bake for 35 minutes until firm and knife, when inserted in center comes out clean. Cut in wedges and serve. Serves 6. Set oven at 375 degrees. Baking time is 35 minutes.
